AI Power Users
Go from “I’ve heard of ChatGPT” to picking the right tool for any task, prompting it like a pro, chaining tools together, protecting your data, and even running a private model on your own laptop.
A one-week intensive. Hands-on every session. Hype-free.
By Friday, you can
How we work together
Six values set the culture of the room. They shape every lab, critique, and feedback circle.
Win and help win
Your success and your peers' success are the same goal.
The Four Agreements
Be impeccable with your word. Don’t take anything personally. Don’t make assumptions. Always do your best.
Criticise in private, praise in public
Corrections go one-to-one. Recognition goes to the whole room.
Create more than you consume
Ship things. Don't just watch demos.
Done over perfect
A shipped rough capstone beats a perfect plan.
Participate
The class is a practice, not a lecture.
The week at a glance
Three sessions — Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Three hours each, nine contact hours total.
Foundations, Models & Prompting
History of AI, how LLMs really work, the agent loop, the model ecosystem, and the prompt-engineering framework that separates power users from casual users.
Multimodal, Retrieval & Automation
Image / video / audio / speech models, multimodal and multi-language AI, the face-swap ethics line, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, and workflow automation.
Privacy, Self-Hosting & Capstone
Credential-leak dangers, centralized data collection, self-hosting local models, private and decentralized AI, cost management, and the capstone build-and-present.
How the class works
Hands-on every session
No session is lecture-only. Every three-hour block ends with something you built.
Peers teach peers
You explain concepts to your group and evaluate each other's work — the best test of understanding.
Tool-agnostic thinking
We teach the concept, not the clicks, so your skills survive the next model release.
How you’re assessed
Ship something real
Solve one real problem from your own life or work using at least three capabilities from the week. Present a working demo, evaluated by your peers against a shared rubric.
